I do not feel valued by the company I work for. However, it is the client's that make me glad to do my job. I get more feedback from them than I do the actual company I work for. I feel valued by the client's and they seem to be the ones I work for.

Do their job better. I give them all the information they need to accomplish their tasks, but it does not seem to help.

Better understanding of what they need to do on a daily basis. Learn their job and be effective - take ownership of what they do.

Better environment to work in. Information that I need from others needs to be correct the first time so fixes don't need to be done later.

My immediate reporting manager takes time to listen and provide feedback. Other leaders do not take the time to know who anyone is as like previous leaders.

Better company communication of expectations - people need to read and listen to what they are given and people need to do their job. Create or enforce policy of wearing too much perfume in the workplace.

Isn't that what company leadership is supposed to do - understand the issues that are problems and improve or correct them? I don't know why people slack on efficiency and accuracy and make others clean up their issues.

I have seen what others can potentially make and it disappoints me that given the work that I have done and the dedication I have for the clients I work with the pay is subpar. I stay because I enjoy what I do.
