Increase in pay. Zero work/life balance- that has got to change! Zero time to be proactive, Zero time to be able to REALLY support or help staff grow, the list goes on and on....

Why are we changing to systems that are not giving us more automation? Why are leaders so blind to what is happening with the employees? How is it even possible this company was awarded "comparably happiest employee award"? Compared to what? Majority of people here are miserable. WAKE UP!
