They act like "culture " is company wide; it's not. Executives are out of touch, unsurprisingly. When asked about transparency in pay, the America CEO said IHG "thinks" they pay fair/ won't "overpay". They fired 40% at the end of last year, and did nothing for those left with double workloads.
