Management is horrible, racially profiled, others can ask for days off but its a problem for me. Worked a whole 16 hours because the lady working 3-11pm did a no call no show and she still works here. I asked if i could be off the next day i was told no. Because its a problem when i want a day off or call in. Not to mention my daughter passed away and i never got flowers, or asked if i needed bereavement time off or nothing. Poor management!
