There are still some wonderful people working there. They are intelligent, competent and they used to care. They need to be compensated better. We lost 2 more people this month and two more are ready to walk. They deserve better pay.

Take care of your employees. You won't though. These executives come in woth ideas for "efficiencies", while talking about diversity and inclusion. The director, 2 managers, supervisor and many accountants all quit within a couple months of each other. Connect the dots,.

Highly competent people were laid off in the name of "efficiencies". The rest are slowly being driven away.60% gone since April. The lay is low and everyone is slammed with extra work. This doesn't feel efficient. The executives are truly disconnected from the reality of the workload.

So much damage has been done. The choices made in the last 9 months gives me little hope for the future of this company. They should fire the person who decided to restructure the organization since it resulted >$100k in penalties with government agencies. They don't care.

Pay is low. Rare for accountants to make more than $60,000/yr. The damage is done. Penalties adding up and licenses expired due to new vendor who took our jobs not knowing what they are doing. Now the Sales & Use group are beginning to outsource to a 3rd party. All while switching accounting systems
