I manage the Starbucks kiosk (sales, inventory, hiring/training a team of 8, sales and complete responsibility of all aspects). I am paid only .65c more than my baristas that have 80%less responsibility.

Hourly rate hasn't kept up with economic imflation. Minimum wage is catching up, my pay is only $.50 more than the clerks that I manage. While my responsibilities and accountability are tenfold theirs.
