What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing a hard days work, seeing our booming sales totals, and smashing. Our corporate visits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hourly rate hasn't kept up with economic imflation. Minimum wage is catching up, my pay is only $.50 more than the clerks that I manage. While my responsibilities and accountability are tenfold theirs.
