There is so much stuff wrong with my department I don't even know where to start. Cannot get the proper working equipment to work right or we cannot get the right stuff to work with

Have the store clean better and happier employees

The person I did interview with and the store I interviewed with was wonderful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training the employee properly. And do not keep me out of date like you do
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better training people with positive attitudes and then like to be around other people I do not come to work complaining or drunk or high when they come back from lunch
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better training for coworkers booty management. Some do not know what they are doing nor do they care as long as they get somewhat done and get signed out by someone who does not know what is going on it will not look at the sign out sheet
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe everyone should do their job and do not expect someone else to do it for them. I believe that if certain people are doing all the work. They need to be rewarded. It isn't fair for some people to care about their job get their stuff done and then the other people to care list and they still
