I currently work for Albertsons and I give that company 110% every day unfortunately our store director will not ever give anybody a compliment always points out the negatives never the positives kind of makes you not really want to care after a while when you director is on such a high horse
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Adequate compensation package that's all nothing fantastic
What did you like most about the interview process?
People in the HR department were very helpful and assisted in every possible way they could to make the process simple
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my customers especially the customers that know me by name but I have to add what makes me most unhappy is the store director who is just not a very nice person
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive thing is me trying to get the whole store to work as a team instead of working against each other or every Department doesn't care whether another department does we all should be working as a team 2 make the store prosper
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Store director has no personality will never give you a compliment will never look you in the eye I don't know how he ever became a director simply the worst been in retail for 30 years I don't know how this guy has a job in retail
What are some of the best things about your team?
My department head is a fantastic guy and 95% of the people that work in my department are awesome I am new there and I tried to bestow Teamwork Makes the Dream Work and it seems to be working our department works a lot better together than it did before I got there
