Once I moved into management I was topped out on the pay scale. I made the same amount of money my entire carrer.

The pay scale is not competitive. They gave new hites a hire on bonus whike loyal employees contine to make the same pay if they are topped out. Which in my case is 17.00 an hour. I've worked there for 19 years. I stay because I enjoy my job and write my own scheduke.
