Honestly, not sure. SAP project management has been a nightmare. Quality people quit or forced out due to blunt force SAP schedule management. Lack of WFH hybrid option is hurting culture; not sensitive to employees. Time to update the facilities so we aren't walking into 1990 atmosphere.

Anritsu is a fine, stable company. There's still too many silos and old school ways of doing things. My experience is fine and most of the people are all pulling in the same direction. But, there's not a lot of thinking outside the box.

My immediate Manager works hard to keep our department moving forward and seems to really care about the health and wellbeing of me as a person.

I know that I can make more money by working for companies more in the heart of Silicon Valley. It is common knowledge that Anritsu pays 20-30% less but tries to focus on using talent that lives in the southern part of the county.
Revisión
Need better pay. Need confidence that we have products that will produce growth. There's far too much turnover. There have been many young engineers hired only to have left for other higher paying jobs. Accounting/Finance seems to churn people like crazy.
Revisión
The culture of Anritsu needs a change/facelift. The functional departments are siloed with many areas coming across as territorial or defensive when historical processes are challenged or questioned. People do not show up with a smile on their face. There needs to be more cooperation.
