Overall, I love the team I work with every day, but I am not pleased with the people running the company. The company does not care about its employees. There is not much room for growth. The pay is unfair. A great amount of people, both working for and running the company, are not qualified.

It was quick and easy, however, too easy. Anyone could get hired, whether they are fit for the job or not.

My team works together very well. The team truly cares about each other, and it's nice to have people working for the company that actually are good people.

I don't get paid enough for the work I do. Employees were PROMISED a raise through the mail, but then the employers never followed through with that, and just said "oops never mind." Employees don't get shown appreciation for sticking with the company and don't receive the respect or money deserved.

It's difficult to work for a company that doesn't respect its employees. Working with kids, one could assume they would be more prone to getting sick from the environment. I don't see how one sick/personal day for a whole school year is enough. The pay does not match the requirements of the job, too
