Ardent provides an OK job. Not really the best of anything. Pay is below average. PTO is below average. Political Struggle is above average. Workload is beyond reasonable, except that it seems we are ok not getting everything done. We are understaffed in many areas. Could be a Great Job, but just OK

Need to take the vision and taylor it to each department. I understand we are a hospital company, but different departments need to be communicated with differently. Not every department is clinical.
