There has been a lot in flux at the moment. I have felt like generally the company has been good to me and treated me well for my work and contributions but I often feel without purpose because I am not sure if my contributions will matter in a more lasting way.

The reduced cost out of pocket medical services. Not having co-pays for most visits and a reduced cost for services makes a big difference for us.

We just experienced multiple waves of lay offs and a true plan for navigating our new structures that isn't just centered around doing more with less hasn't been shared.

I can't think of anything that truly stands out as being singularly positive. I do believe people are paid very fairly for the work they do and generously for the extra work they do.

If company goals and decisions were clearer we would know what to be invested in and it would be more practical to be invested in each other. Without that, I am unsure if it is worth my emotional energy.
