I recently had a completely unprofessional experience at a location in Portsmouth VA, was hired and misinformation about dress code policy from manager. She was rude and very uncompassionate about the entire situation. I have email human resources. I would like to report this occurrence.

What is the company mobility like at AutoZone?
In NY, it's pretty bad. Some stores are packed with 45+ employees on roster such as Levittown HUB, however Bellmore Autozone 2972 has 1 Store Manager and 1 PSM. They're both full time but There are currently no other Management staff able to carry store keys and do Opening/Closings.
The operations team at Autozone lacks the skills and experience needed to successfully implement continuous improvement. Most of the leadership team have been promoted within without gaining proper education.
What should I wear for an interview at AutoZone?
At least slacks, a button up shirt and a tie.

I met with the store manager, and it only took him a day to call me back, it took HR almost two weeks to onboard me.

401k match kaiser or blue cross health insurance. Vacation and sick time. Stock purchase plan at 15 percent discount

How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at AutoZone?
Very. The scheduler spits out a ridiculous plan, the store manager changes the schedule and it looks like a 4 yr creadted it.
