The executive team needs to realize the generation of folks they have hired are not interested in doing more with less and we are tired of being exhausted and working 60 hours a week because bnsf wants less employees to do the same work.

Treat your people with dignity and respect and value what they have to offer. If bnsf focused the same energy that they spend punishing and watching employees with drones and Cameras they could drive the operating ratio down. However they will cut off their nose to spite their own face.
