Now that I am here, I have found even more I like about the company, how it treats its customers and how it treats its employees. I wish I found Calix 10 years ago.

The folks I interact with have the mentality of all hands on deck. They take on tasks and get things done even if it is not in their area. I have been at companies where it is hard to find someone to sign-up to do anything. Not here, they really adopt the mentality of "many hands make light work".
