I am able to work from home, benefits are 100% covered and I am paid the market wage for the private sector, even though this is a non-profit.

We get Christmas through the first week of January off in addition to three weeks PTO (+holidays), totally about 5 weeks of total paid time off. Pay is fair, insurance policy is good with a pretty low deductible, and daily perks include flexible work from home and a well stocked kitchen.

Vacation. 3 weeks + 2 weeks end of Dec/early Jan for everyone! Health coverage is also great.

While we don't have many of the "extras" that you might get at a for-profit (bonuses, stock, etc.), the base compensation is still competitive with the tech industry.

You are not lavishly compensated but there's lots of little details that it feels like they get right in the overall package. For working at a non-profit I am extremely satisfied.

We have an amazing vacation policy. Everyone gets 5 weeks a year plus holidays (so 6 weeks off!). And people actually take it.
