You are allowed to be creative and fully own your work streams. Management is supportive of its employees. Expectations and integrity are high and taken seriously. The student and teacher-centric approach to what we do is also incredibly inspiring.

They're very involved and hold true to an open door policy as they don't have private offices. They sit with the rest of their staff and are involved in major projects throughout the organization. When someone needs help, the President is there to help even with minor tasks no questions asked.

Our leadership team, although the "leaders" of our company, are on an equal playing field with the entire rest of the team. Our leaders are our backbone but everyone works in a shared space, in a door-open policy environment. It is a true all for one, one for all culture.

The leadership team at Code.org is hands down one of the best leadership teams I've worked with at any company. They collaborate very well together, there is no politics, and everybody is really really good at their job.
