Overall, I've enjoyed the people I've worked with. Everything else has been lack luster. I've not been impressed with my immediate management, on previous teams, because they are absentee, lack knowledge, and are not engaged.

My coworkers, specifically my peers are not very engaged or engaging. Nothing special, they show up, and that is all I know about them. The entry level agents are slightly more engaging. I'm working to change that.

Personally, I have received excellent performance evaluations and didn't receive an increase. I am in the wrong position for my skillset and trying to move to a position that is better suited for my knowledge and talent has been fruitless.

My particular leaders is attentive to my needs and is supportive of my desire to grow. In my experience with several leaders, about 20% are attentive and involved. Example, my current leader schedules a weekly 1:1 and shows up. That's uncommon.

I get really excited to develop solutions to deficiencies in processes and flow. Training people who want more out of their career how to do something like using Team effectively, collecting and analyzing data for improvements. A little too much flexibility to create processes without consistency.

Fix/upgrade the technology we use. DB7, the primary system I use each day, has so many gaps. Some letters are programmed to go out directly from DB7, others are not and manually creating them is very time consuming and a poor use of time and resources.

My current leadership team, Team Manager and Sr. Manager, are very involved, positive, and seem to care appropriately about the people. When I joined this team, they had told me people of product was the motto and I felt they meant that and live it through example.

The leadership and the friends I have made from my old team. This current team seems to use well thought-out software design and we are empowered to truly answer questions and assist the caller to resolution. So kudos to those involved in the design and functionality of our software.

Strive to learn more and be open to change, that is for my USA counterparts. I don't know the cultural workplace difference, but it seems like my counterparts in India are literally scared to think for themselves or do anything that isn't on a checklist/SOP. They lack judgement and initiative.

It is hard to attend town halls and hear about how well the company is doing and not get a raise. We no longer even have performance evaluations. In a town hall someone speaking came right out and said, "We aren't giving raises..." and moved right along. It is really shameful.

My feeling undervalued is 30% monetary and 70% me doing work that is way below my skill set. I am doing, in my opinion, entry level work that is not challenging. I've done a fair about of courses on Percipio since being here and already brought a lot to the table when I joined this team in 8/2022.
