My TM is awesome! But the politics surrounding conduent is terrible. The participants complain about our lack of customer service, technological advancements, and community engagement. The employees are unhappy with the benefits and pay. Lack of pay increases, lack of growth within.

The turnover rate creates difficulty to establish solid relationships with my coworkers. Therefore our retention rate must increase so we can learn to work together.

Our environment is polluted with inconsistencies, envy, a lack of team effort and undervalued individuals. The improvements start with leadership thoroughly assessing potential hires. We need TEAM members not GROUP members

Organization, better communication, structure, trust/integrity. A few of the leaders need to lead by example instead of tainting their teams. Most of the leaders lack accountability and professionalism. Leaders need to treat their employees as people and not numbers.

I feel valued by my Team manager but not by Conduent. My role is not compensated fairly, as there are many positions out there like mines paying 3-4$ more. Not to mention we DO NOT GET ANNUAL RAISES! With prices/taxed steadily climbing, we should be receiving raises, no questions asked.
