Overall, I've been very happy to be a member of the Consilio family. No company is perfect, and neither are we, but the team here works really hard to be better every day. It's a great place to enter as a graduate with no experience or as someone who comes in with a lot experience.

Leadership has their eyes on the future success of our company. I never worry about whether or not we are falling behind our competitors -- they work to keep us in the #1 position. We will soon be the biggest as well as the best in our industry. And we'll stay #1 -- we aren't second fiddle.
