Maternity leave that is inline with 2022. Six or eight weeks of paid leave is not healthy and makes it clear that Consilio does not care about you as a person. Also, no fertility coverage again reiterates that family isn't important.

Our current benefits do not provide adequate maternity care or fertility options. We cannot be a company that values women without taking care of them. The current benefits make it very clear women are not valued in any true way - just enough to submit paperwork to win an award.
