There is little to no training but high expectations. I can never be "off work" because I get calls at all hours. My pay doesn't not reflect my actual hours worked. The company seems a bit cliquish. I have no idea how many vacation days I get.

I am not paid enough for the job that I do. DH needs to check on the fair market salaries. I have been looking at other employment outside of DH.
