In the beginning, I loved my job. Now, its very stressful. I had to pick up other jobs to make ends meet because hours are rarely enough. you work 6-8 good weeks, then it'll be the bare minimum for 12-15. It's not livable money. But it's a good "extra" money job.

The most positive thing is that reps do, very occasionally, have store managers that like their jobs and will appreciate them. Most of the time it's very stressful due to all of the unknowns.

Coworkers are not the issue. they work how they are trained. The issue is that they are not trained by someone that knows what they're doing, most of the time. They could be trained by someone that started a month before them. Newbies could be set up with reps that have had complaints against them.

Pay is about 30 percent lower than other merchandising companies. Drivetime pay is only about half of the hourly pay, although you are driving from store to store for them. No benefits. One week you could have as little as 5 hour and the next you could have 40. You cannot live off this job alone.
