I enjoy the people I work with and being able to work from home. However, there are no opportunities for me and no discussion about it. And, the one raise I got in 6 years was an extra $11 per paycheck (in Aug). It probably cost more to do the paperwork for that. I don't know why they even bothered.

Most positive is the people I work with. Some I have known for a long time and we're still friends.

People get hired for more than what I'm making for jobs that I would be qualified for. I don't even get considered. The compensation is a joke. I have been here 6 years (returning employee with 12 yrs), and I finally got a raise in August. It came out to be $11 more per paycheck.
