I have been fortunate enough to be successful since joining a legacy company and have been elevated into somewhat of a leadership role, however this was never formalised by an official promotion of any kind. I have however enjoyed being part of the journey to become the DXC of today.

DXC is still too top heavy and delegations of authority need to come back to the regions. Mike Salvino, however is to be commended for the turn around achieved to date.

The Gender Gap is very real, compensation should be in line with the market place and industry standards relating to each country, state and territory. Our workplace agreements should not differ between the same role, between individuals. Salary bands should be published to the individual to neg.
