Onboarding is slow, often clunky. Management are overworked so we don't get as much 1:1 time as we need. Pay is shocking and promotions are even more difficult. Everything seems to take 4x as long as it should. Very America and India focused with very little highlights from the UK

Retention - there is too much focus on getting 'bums on seats' over promoting people we currently have. There is no clear career path and no incentives to stay. With all the money talk it's become less about our people and more about profit
