Just like any larger company DXC has things that could use improvement however I like the company because the people I work with and for are amazing. DXC has put together a very enjoyable team.

Cost of living raises. DXC has let themselves get caught up in saving and not investing in talent retention. They have stated they are looking to change that this year, we will wait and see.

The overall culture of DXC is tightknit and personal. DXC is the first large company that I have worked at that feels "close" and I what I mean by "close" is family like and communication is encouraged. The people of DXC are amazing and friendly.
