It's hard to say. Everyone seems like they are surviving and it's every man for themself at times. I receive more positive feedback from my client than my manager.

My manager's approach when we meet is perceived as attacking rather than seeking to understand. She only points out what I am doing wrong. She rarely ever points out anything positive.

They are ready to support and reach out to check in how I am doing/feeling, etc. They randomly reach out to say something to make me smile. I am thankful for my coworkers.

I don't feel undervalued. With rising costs/inflation, my pay is not fully covering the increases. I may have to look for a part time job on the weekend and some nights during the week to try and help.
