Love my job, love my team, really enjoy DXC and the company. DXC has a unfortunately accurate reputation of not paying their consultants and never giving raises. The top leadership, however appears to be well compensated. The expense of continually replacing employees because they finally left for decent salaries is a huge hidden cost that is overlooked.
