April will make 29 years with the company - which should say enough. There have been ups and downs. This is an up period of the company. I love what I do, and who I do it with. I am respected and valued by my co-workers and customer. It is a high stress job, but usually manageable.

Their transparency and willingness to provide information & keep open communication

Our account's relationship with each other. We are almost like a second family - including with some of our customers.

Willingness to give their all. Dedication in the face of adversity. Feeling of us all getting along most of the time.

The people I work with, and the fact that I am very skilled at what I do, and it's acknowledged by my co-workers and customers. I also really enjoy what I do.

They appear to be honest in their dealings and communications. Raul also doesn't seem to get as grumpy as our previous CEO did at times, and definitely cares far more about people and the company, than the CEO before that.

Our account gets along well with each other, and with our customer, and we all work together. It is a very good environment. For the company overall, the ERGs are good, the learning options are pretty good (ITIL certification options are weak for the US), and communication is great.

The majority of the people on my account are very dedicated and highly skilled. Most of the people get along very well. We have a higher than normal amount of people that have been on this account for over 10 years, with a number who are over 20 years on this account.

The people I work with, including most of my customer. The challenge of my job. Being able to work in many different aspects of the account. And probably most of all, being able to use my knowledge and skills to help others - on my account, on other accounts, and with my customer.

Due to many years of no salary increases even with high performance marks, I make significantly less than I would elsewhere. My workload is now at a level many levels above my pay and job code Our insurance is at a point that it even with it, going to the doctor or dentist still isn't affordable.

I know I am paid far below what I should be making or would make if I went elsewhere due to the performance the company has had over the years. I went 10 years without a raise, and instead had 2 pay cuts in that time. Receiving other compensation, like more rewards points, would help.
