I've been here long term, have seen what has and has not changed, mistakes are repeated. I work directly with wonderful people, and I do get to be creative which I love. There is a lot of stress due to being overloaded and understaffed due to reoccurring layoffs.

We have not provided raises for several years. As a manager I have not been able to give my employees raises for several years. I understand there have been financial challenges, but we always seem to be trying to improve by cutting and removing vs investing. a never ending cycle

Too much work and not enough workers to achieve the end result. Management keeps doing the same thing, over and over, with no change in results. They don't understand what is going on with some of the delivery, the repetition across service lines, re-inventing the wheel, so much could be fixed.
