¿En qué necesita mejorar el equipo de liderazgo?

Stop the demanding schedules. You think we were sending a man to the moon, we're just making potato chips!!

Make newly hired college kids work in the field (more than 1 month ) and then promote up. Work on being here for the emplyee instead of writing them up for a paper trail. Boost moral. Change the call out and sick day situation. Un-used should roll over, and vehicle reembersment re-worked.

Creating a better work environment for frontline employees and not treat us like we're replaceable. Have wages that keep up with the cost of living. Better quality products and lower the cost of them.

Determining routes, daily stops, etc. Way overloaded in today's environment, eg: to have 7 "dollar stores" on a single route, they need to re-evaluate that it takes a very long time to get checked into these places. They need spread out more among other routes, not all on a few

Being present. Actually working and not delegating ALL of their workload to their admin team, increasing the admin's already substantial workload. Appreciating their admin team.
