CEO/ Executives have no clue what we put up with to build there award winning vehicles! Yes we make a decent wage but the very hostile work environment from the line Management on up is terrible. Over cycle jobs terrible equipment Manpower issues management that lies to your face and so much more.

The only goals an assembler has are goals that management gives us nothing to strive for no place to go other than work the line & someday retire. You used to be able to work towards a better job but a more important job today it's hard to even hold a decent job because management is always cutting.
