I really like Guidewire in that the people in general invests in quality work, supported by tooling and systems as required. This part alone makes work more enjoyable as I get to focus on what matters as opposed to toils. Also, I really enjoy the FlexWork policy. It's really important for me.

Being able to work however I want inline with the FlexWork policy. After the pandemic, I started seeing work vs family a little differently and Guidewire seems to be a place where I don't have to sacrifice one for another.

Being people centric, emphasis on work-life balance, willing to invest to improve the way we work (e.g. tooling, automation) The best laptops for work - for my team, we have the option of a fully speced out 16-inch MBP and M1s next in line after the Intel inventory is finished.
