I got hired during the pandemic, so never got a change to meet my colleagues and team members in person. But, we have had so many virtual gathering that I feel like I really know them. My team is always there to help each other. They treat every member as equal and with respect. We try to work with each other continuously to get a better approach to the problem. We also have a nice working environment and everybody's kind and helpful. We have a great time having coffees virtually

I like my day to day job. I get to tackle a different type of problem and work each day. It does not get boring and monotonous, plus I really like the way my colleagues and my manager treat me. We have several interesting projects I can work on and progress in my professional life.

The company is very intercultural. We have colleagues all around the world and get to work with them on a daily basis. Now some of them are not just a colleague but a friend. I am glad that I got a chance to get to know them and work with people with so much skills I can learn from.
