
Fairness; not listening to negative employees opinions about other employees they personally dislike; and stop telling employees work is a team effort when teamwork is the last thing practiced.

Management does not appreciate good and dedicated employees. Management needs to stop allowing the personal opinions of negative employees to determine how they manage; and to further improve how things work, management needs to stop harassing and discriminating against people of color.

Managers need to stop coddling and rewarding employees who make work difficult for employees who are actually working. Managers need to let employees know they actually do watch the cameras to see who is working and who is not. Managers need to get rid of employees with a history of causing problems
