Intermountain does not address poor performers instead promote them to move out of a department. I've seen this happen many times in my tenure here.

Ask for low level employees input and look at it seriously. They might not be able to change things. But, just knowing employees are heard will be a start

"Walk the talk". Intermountain leadership says they provide a safe environment. Need to get better at holding staff to the intermountain values instead of jumping to conclusions and punishing staff on one persons word.
