No leadership vision at the top. Keep cutting store resources. Expect them to do more with less everyday. It's not an expense problem. It's a revenue problem.

vacation time drops if you go from full time to part time.wage increase is minimal compared to cost of living going from 36 full time hours to just 4-8 hours a week is inexcusable.

The leadership team at the store I work at is very supportive of each other. They work well together and are supportive of the employees. Of course some managers are better than others. Most are appreciative of the work the employees do.

Our store leaders do the best they can with what is given to them. They treat us nicely and understand that the workload is impossible to fulfill. We couldn't ask for better leads and managers

Everything!!!!!!!! Plus the fact you had to get so many people signed up for a Kohls card to get more hours and pay is bull. I got MAX 10 hours a week. Plus I was told I was hired in as a permanent part time. Only to be told I'm seasonal and had to scramble to find another job. I have a kid

I did multiple jobs more than what I'm even supposed to and while I am working, I have to watch other people just standing around doing nothing well management does nothing about it. They even allow people to drink on the job and do nothing about that.
