I have been with the company going on 5 years in my current position of RN clinical Manager. I love interacting with my staff as the case manager. I love providing teaching opportunities to the nurses who want to learn new skills. I also love being a team leader in the industry.

I love my job! I love my co-workers in the field as well as the office. I like being apart of something that is making a difference in others lives. The patient interaction I have is great as well.

I love working with my current supervisor who is not my direct manager. She is the executive director of our office. I am the RN Clinical manager. Our office feels like a team, the coordinators and my self are all involved in the decisions being made for our office that directly involve us.
