Everyone works hard. Everyone is willing to help. PCM's and leaders are able to be open, transparent and be heard with an open ear. No judgement

I enjoy coming to work. I enjoy staying after hours to work more. I'm never asked to work late. Everyone is always checking on everyone else. People care.

I believe that after being here for so many years that my wages/salary get lost in the current payscale and my years of service become a hinderance. Also, I sometimes feel that I am probably viewed as old and slow instead of wiser and more knowledgeable
