Great coworkers with 2 very notable exceptions. I feeled called to hospice , but I would really feel valued as an employee if the benefits were better and the pay were commensurate with the work and competitive with hospitals and the market.

There are a couple of care partners that make me honestly dread coming to work; however, when I don't have to work with them, I look forward to coming to work and interacting with my co workers,, who , with the exception of a couple are the best I've ever worked with.
