LHC is a wonderful company to work for. I do wish the pay was more competitive but our benefits are unmatched and so are our people.

We have a very comfortable environment on our office. We don't walk on eggs shell and we are open with one another.

Our largest competitor in the area is Amedysis and the pay difference is a lot. We've had former Amedysis staff who have stated the difference in the pay and we don't compare. :(

I've struggled the past four years with health issues i.e. heart attack and cancer being the worse of the lot and without my work family supporting me and sending love and prayers I don't think I could have pulled through like I did. I thank God for each and every one of them.
