I really like what I do and who I work with however the benefits that this company offers ( considering its size) are incredibly lack luster. I am also not a fan of the dog eat dog mentality this company promotes amongst its reps. We would build better and stronger together not separately.

My agency leadership is great however I don't feel recognized or dont see any recognition for others when a job is well done... ie.. goal met, contest accomplishment,etc... it's always number related and what do you have today and that's it. A monthly recognition would be nice.
