Company experience was great when I first started at LHC: however, as the time has progressed, the feeling is not the same. Hiring clinicians continues to be a challenge which in turn effects the AE and branches numbers. AE's are mow doing more administrsrive work than ever.

Offer more attractive salaries and benefits packages to attract more clinicians and keep/make existing employees happy. Make 401k matching greater, offer better health insurance plans, reduce time to be fully vested with the company, create more attrractive bonus payouts, etc.
