I was in the lingerie department so i was able to become more personal with a customer and it was a good feeling to help someone thinking it was their body but they were just weraing a wrong bra size. Changing many women lives.

More responsibility at the top versus the problems flow downhill mentality that is in place. Need to offer reasonable accomodations to disabled people. Stop trying to get people to listen to the Nordy Podcast durring their time off.
