I can't say enough good things about working at Pendo! My coworkers are great, communication and transparency is top-notch, the benefits and perks are absolutely amazing, and I've yet to have a day at work where I was bored. Plus the commitment to work/life balance is stellar! 11/10 would recommend!

The RSU's are a really nice bonus plus I have a guaranteed bonus after my first full year at Pendo, totally 15% of my current salary. I feel I am compensated fairly and competitively plus the work perks are such a nice "icing on the cake"!

The transparency and commitment to my personal growth. I've never felt valued at a company before and this is a first time for me where I felt like my professional opinion was not only heard but listened to and actioned upon. I have complete confidence and respect for Pendo's leadership team!

The fact that I always have something new to challenge me - I never know what the day will bring and it's incredibly exciting and addicting in a way. I love a good puzzle and so currently this is what makes me most happy at work. Plus the team and my boss can't be beat!

I had a clear sense and vision of what the job entailed plus the people I would be surrounded by. While it was a very long interview process (almost 10 different interviews!), I'm glad that this is their process because you really get to understand what the job is & who you'll be working with/for
