How's the work life balance at Pep Boys?
Fair. Why more companies don't take the Chick Fil A lead and be closed on Sundays. It's a shame that more companies can't figure out how to make money Monday - Saturday
Horrible. Long hours and can hardly ever get the time off I request. My social life has definitely taken a hit from it.
