The compensation is ok however it doesnt equate for the stress within the call center. I wish we atleast had incentives again.

Be availabe. Tell upper management to fix the systems so we can work effectively. AHT needs to be reconsidered since our systems are always slow and reaponsibility keeps increasing. Be available.

Employees need better systems. The VDI is terrible and so is edge knowledge. We cant work fast if everything is slow. Better training. We cant work affectivly if given the wrong information constantly.
